[Travel] Taiwan Day #01
Backdated Taiwan Trip pictures.
I actually went on a Taiwan X HK Trip somewhere in June.
Pretty cool to actually see them print the Rolls Royce logo on the plane’s engines. (Cathay Pacific Airlines)
My Flight had included a stop-over in HK where i had to transfer to another plane headed to Taiwan.
Ximen Ding
And since i was with a tour group (Regretted and will never do it again) there was a transfer provided and we immediately went to Ximen Ding .
They had their fair share of jappy stuff – which included Anime Stores like Animate (Did not do this in the first day though, only came back on the 6th day of my trip)
If you are intending to visit this place and don’t want people pretty much disturbing your shopping trip, you might want to do some homework and not come on a public holiday or weekend.
Pig Intestine Mee Sua – Shit was awesome.
Oh Right, they also had these tasty and handy screens which provided information around the area. It was in use most of the time, and since i can’t read chinese, i did not try to use it.
Some sort of (Supposed) anime shop, it was on the 2nd floor but when i went up the lift, i saw nothing but an empty floor undergoing renovation =(
The Said Lift i went up.
HTC Desire…. Im an iPhone user though!
Apparently, most convenience stores in Taiwan give out stickers when the consumer spends a certain dollar amount. Different stickers redeem different things too!
Shuda Night Market
Wow, just wow. Since i have already back from my trip the time i wrote this, i have to really say this. Taiwan has a SHITLOAD of night markets. I had to settle most of my dinner in taiwan at night markets and my my, they do serve loads of food.
Needless to say, come during a non weekend/non public holiday!
Awesome fried chicken and stuff.
Fruits and more fruits
Leek Pancakes apparently…
Da Chang Bao Xiao Chang which in chinese means Small Sausage wrapped in Big Sausage.
Pretty girls and lemonade goes very well together!
Stay Tuned for day 2! (Coming on 06 Sept!)
